F.A.Q.

Odd to think there is such a thing, but believe it or not there is. So just in case you had some questions - which are always, always welcome - here are the one's that seem to pop up most often.

Where are you centralized?
I work out of Newboro, ON.

Do you work outside of your regular regions?
Yes! I am an in-home trainer. I do travel.
If you are outside of my regular areas it will cost a little extra to get me to you, depending on just how far you are. But am I willing to travel? Yes, of course.

What is the cost?
Cost depends on location. There is an Evaluation cost. This must be paid up front, along with road time (if you are outside my central area), and a fee for amenities if you are that long of a trek.
After the base fee is the actual "grunt work" so to speak. In some cases the cost of evaluation can cover this, but in most it does not. The more work an issue requires the more is will cost. This will be quoted before any work begins, and payment will be required before work begins.

Is it "cash only" in person?
No. I have the ability to take major credit cards in person (Visa, Mastercard & American Express). This does come with a 3% fee.

How long have you been working with dogs?
I got my first dogs 7 years ago, and have enjoyed my hands on experience with them. All of them have had their querks, as they are rescues. I thoroughly enjoyed helping them to where they are today. After I worked with them for a few years, I began helping friends with their pups and issues. I've taken some courses and have worked with our canine pals ever since.
Every day and every new pup is a brand new learning experience, and I enjoy each and every one.
